I love crew because it’s a team sport. You don’t just have to work together like every other sport but you have to be connected and synchronized in a way that is harder than it looks. When you row your last few strokes through the finish line after a mentally and physically straining race, you came through not just for yourself but you pull every stroke you each team member in and out of the boat.
