Welcome to our Giving Tuesday fundraising page supporting Facing Forward to End Homelessness!

Facing Forward is a not-for-profit organization which provides permanent supportive housing to Chicagoans experiencing homelessness, including families with children, adults, survivors of domestic violence and disabled persons.  Facing Forward’s programs help clients achieve stability and self-sufficiency to address the root causes of homelessness in Chicago.  In addition to ending cycles of homelessness and improving the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors, Facing Forward’s housing first approach saves taxpayers an estimated $10 million annually by reducing frequent encounters with emergency rooms, jails and shelters. Carol and Christine serve on the organization's Associate Board and Finance Committee.

To us, supporting Facing Forward means supporting a healthier, more equitable life for children and families who have experienced homelessness. Help us provide a strong foundation for the resilient children and adults in our programs today by donating to Facing Forward on Giving Tuesday!  Over the last year, Facing Forward has supported over 1,600 adults and children on their journey beyond homelessness.  Supporting Facing Forward means helping others find the stability to lead fulfilling lives and end generational cycles of homelessness.

You can donate between now and December 1, 2020.  Donations made on or before Giving Tuesday are eligible for a match, up to $25,000, which will double the impact of your gift.  Thank you for supporting our campaign!
