Let's go to Mexico...

On July 29 2018, I will be going on a short term mission trip with a team from Del Rey Church to Mexico. As much as I dislike taking risks, I realize that Christ took the biggest risk in sacrificing his life for a sinner like me, and the very least I can do is to be a servant who is obedient to her Master. Del Rey is full of many opportunities for me to pursue discipleship and to learn how to disciple others. This trip is one of the opportunities I want to pursue. This will be my first mission trip, hopefully amongst many other by the grace of God. The team and I will be working with a local Pastor in Ensenada, Mexico through Yugo ministries, serving as extra hands to teach and disciple existing Christians and others who do not know Christ. We will also be ministering to Elderly people who may not have had many interactions or opportunities to hear the gospel -- what an amazing opportunity to share the gospel and literally be the hands and feet for Jesus Christ!

My group and I will leave for Mexico on July 29 and we will return on August 4, so we have a lot of preparation before that time. I will not be able to participate in this life-changing event without your support financially and in prayers.
