wayOUT believes that LGBTQ+ youth should grow up feeling safe to be who they really are. Through fundraising and outreach, wayOUT enables local organizations and entrepreneurs to launch programs supporting LGBTQ+ youth in their communities. At its Inaugural Gayla in 2017, wayOUT raised over $100K to support an LGBTQ+ youth organization in Birmingham, Alabama. This year, we’re shooting for even higher and are excited to be supporting Time Out Youth, an LGBTQ+ youth center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
