The Ultimate Fall Pinup Yardsale & Fundraiser!

COME OUT TOMORROW, Saturday, Nov. 19 from noon to 4PM for a fun filled day with the LADIES of Georgia Pinup Posse and KustomKulture friends for The Ultimate Fall Benefit Yardsale at Ironshield Brewery in Lawrenceville, GA. This isn't just your average yardsale - you can find pinup attire and accessories, photo studio props and SO MUCH MORE. But you can still find the occasional toaster or lawn mower for a steal, so drop by to look for RARE FINDS. 

A portion of sales will benefit Mosaic Ga, a non-profit child advocacy and rape crisis center that has been helping survivors of sexual abuse and violence in Gwinnett for over 35 years now. They are raising money to continue to provide important services to survivors. Even if you can't come to the yardsale tomorrow, you can still donate online here. And share with your friends!

It's a fact: 1 in 4 females, 1 in 6 males, and half of all transgender people experience sexual abuse and violence sometime in their lifetime. And 2 in 3 of these crimes go unreported to the police because of fear, shame, or lack of knowledge and resources to get help. Even worse: Sexual violence and abuse disproportionately affect children, changing the course of their young lives forever. 

Mosaic is working to change this! Your donation will help them provide services like:

• A 24/7 Crisis Line 866-900-6019 for victims of assault or abuse or those who want to help them.  
• Victim & Family Advocacy during and after disclosing assault or abuse. 
• Forensic Interviews for children and youth by investigators trained in pediatric trauma care.
• Medical Forensic Examinations & Care in our medical center - not a hospital or police station - by medical staff who are specially trained to work with trauma victims.
• Legal Assistance for safety and civil issues after the assault or abuse.
• Counseling Support  & Wellness Programs to cope with trauma and begin the healing journey.
• Housing Navigation when it is not safe to stay in the home or there is no home to return to.
• Aftercare Support & Empowerment  Fund for those who lack the financial means to secure their safety and health after reporting assault or abuse.
• All of these services are free  to survivors. No fees. No co-pays!
