Please support my fundraiser for the Louisville Nature Center and help shape the future of conservation.

The Louisville Nature Center (LNC) was founded in 1964 with a mission to promote and inspire environmental stewardship and to be a catalyst for conservation through environmental education and connection to nature for every person. Their vision is a community where everyone is inspired to be stewards of the natural world.

Give For Good Louisville is our city's biggest day of giving, and it’s a powerful opportunity to amplify your support for the causes you care about most. For the Louisville Nature Center, this day is essential. Your generosity helps us provide a vital resource in the heart of our urban landscape.

The Louisville Nature Center is a catalyst for conservation, providing environmental education and a place to connect with nature for everyone. We believe that a deep connection to the natural world is not a luxury, but a necessity. Your donation on Give For Good Louisville day will help us continue to:

  • Inspire the next generation of environmental stewards: Through hands-on programs, day camps, and our Swallowtail Forest School, we are teaching children to love and protect the world around them.

  • Restore and maintain our urban forest: We care for 80 acres of precious urban forest, including the Beargrass Creek State Nature Preserve, by removing invasive species and maintaining miles of trails for everyone to enjoy.

  • Provide accessible nature for all: Our grounds, including our trails, sensory garden, and nature play area, are free and open to the public year-round, offering a peaceful escape and a place to learn, right in the heart of the city.
