We're Fern, your neighborhood four piece folk band! What happens when you give choir kids stringed instruments? Beautiful harmonies and heart-felt lyrics. We were four strangers who met over the course of 12 weeks and embarked on a creative journey to challenge ourselves and raise money for a good cause. 

Born out of chaos and the snow storm we're named after - we've had more band changes than Black Sabbath. Out of chaos brought beauty. 

Help us raise money for YouthRock to raise the next generation of musicians! 

Youth Rock NC (formerly Girls Rock NC) is a youth-centered organization dedicated to building community and power among girls, transgender youth, and gender expansive youth through musical collaboration, political education for social change, and creative expression.

Rock Roulette will be April 18th at Kings in Raleigh. Doors at 6, show at 7.  Suggested donation $10-20, but no one will be turned down. Masks required, and unfortunately Kings is not wheelchair accessible. We can't wait to see you there!
