Goute Peyi M – A Culinary Celebration of Ayiti Hosted by the Gouraige Family

I'm honored to co-host with fellow board member Joëlle Cerge, a Goute Peyi M Signature Dinner in partnership with Ayiti Community Trust (ACT)—a curated culinary experience that celebrates the legacy, richness, and creativity of Haitian culture. This exclusive dinner will feature reimagined traditional Haitian dishes crafted by our esteemed chef of the evening, Patrick Beaulieu, and will be infused with the vibrant sounds, stories, and spirit of Ayiti.

Through this intimate gathering, we are not just sharing a meal—we are making an impact. Our collective goal is to help raise funds to support ACT’s mission of building a sustainable Ayiti through civic education, the environment, and entrepreneurship.

Why I’m Hosting

As the founding board chairman, I believe deeply in ACT’s vision of Haitian-led development and cultural preservation. This dinner is my way of contributing to that legacy—and inviting you to be part of it too.

Your Support Will Help:

  • Fund Haitian-led local development initiatives

  • Preserve and elevate Haitian culinary arts and culture

  • Grow a global network of committed ACT ambassadors and donors

How You Can Get Involved:

  • Attend the Dinner – Reserve your seat and experience Ayiti like never before

  • Donate – Can’t attend? Contribute to the cause to support ACT’s ongoing work

  • Share – Spread the word and invite others who care about culture and community impact

This is more than a dinner—it’s a movement of unity, legacy, and love for Ayiti.

Support the legacy. Taste the culture. Fund the future.
