The two sets of steps leading into the portable classrooms at Assumption School are deteriorating, as is the water drainage system below the walkway in front of the steps. The images you see were taken over the winter months, but the steps have further deteriorated since those pictures were taken. Our goal during the Summer 2026 school break is to replace the steps and repair the concrete that makes up the water drainage system. These repairs well help keep our students and teachers safe as they walk to their classes. Thank you for helping to support our school and keep our children safe. 

Los dos tramos de escaleras que conducen a las aulas portátiles de la Escuela Assumption se están deteriorando, al igual que el sistema de drenaje de agua situado bajo la pasarela frente a dichas escaleras. Las imágenes que ven fueron tomadas durante los meses de invierno; sin embargo, las escaleras se han deteriorado aún más desde que se capturaron esas fotografías. Nuestro objetivo para las vacaciones escolares del verano de 2026 es reemplazar las escaleras y reparar el concreto que conforma el sistema de drenaje de agua. Estas reparaciones contribuirán a garantizar la seguridad de nuestros estudiantes y maestros mientras se dirigen a sus clases.
