Beth’s Awake Fundraiser Page

Over the past ten years I have had the tremendous blessing and honor of witnessing the Love, Hope and Redemption that the mission of Awake Ministries consistently brings to the people in our community. To see chains of addiction break, relationships restored and lives transformed is exhilarating! Additionally, the Awake food bank continues to be one of the largest food resource centers in Kentucky and in our region, and The Paddock coffee shop provides a warm and welcoming space to develop vocational skills for the men and women of Awake Ministries, while fostering relationships in our community.

My involvement with Awake started in 2015 when I heard about Awake from a friend and wanted to learn more about how our small home group could help our community. Over the years I have served as a volunteer, as an Awake board member for six years and board chair for two years. I can say without a doubt that Awake Ministries holds unwaveringly and with upmost integrity to its mission to bring the Love, Hope and Redemption that is found in Jesus to our community, and because of that, we get a front row seat to seeing the power of God alive and working to make our community a better place to live!  

What an honor to be part of an effort that is doing so much good in our community!
