Young Life Latin America / Caribbean spans 27 countries and is reaching approx 116,000 kids. This May, friends of Young Life Latin America / Caribbean will attempt to walk a total of 3,000 miles over 30 days to help send kids to Young Life camp so that they can have the best week of their lives. *3,000 miles is the approximate distance from the US border to the Panama Canal, the center of the LAC Division.
As members of the Dominican Republic Regional Action Team, we will be raising funds to specifically help send kids in the Dominican Republic to Young Life Camp this summer.
Many of us have our own story of meeting Christ for the very first time at a Young Life camp and we are excited to help create the very same opportunity for teenagers throughout the Dominican Republic.
