Little Giraffe Foundation Ltd

The Little Giraffe Foundation was founded by Mike and Amanda Santoro in March 2011 after the loss of their preemie daughter, Cheyenne. Little Giraffe Foundation is dedicated to both funding neonatal research and supporting patients and families of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We have reached thousands of families by way of holiday gift bags filled with books and toys. When an infant is in an incubator and too sick for a parent to hold, reading a book to the child may be the only way for the parent to connect. A toy may  remind parents that there is hope for tomorrow and that they have not been forgotten. In addition, since its inception, Little Giraffe Foundation has funded over $350,000 in Neonatal Research and NICU Support Grants and has donated over 33,000 holiday gift bags to NICU families at 23 hospitals in Chicagoland and throughout the country.

Little Giraffe Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to funding neonatal research and supporting families of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
